Hydraulic & Brake Systems for Aerospace

We are the Aerospace Division of the VECA SPA company. With more than 20 years of experience on aerospace programs, we offer our partnership for both build-to-spec and build-to-print projects. Our collaboration starts from the early stages of the design and development activity and continues up to series production. 2D/3D design, performance, structural, reliability&safety analyses, qualification activities up to final certification of the required systems and equipment. Prototypes, Pre-series and series manufacturing, First Article Inspection, traceability, maintenance and logistic support for the whole product life-cycle.  

Main experiences matured on:
- Hydraulic Power System components: pumps, filter package, reservoir, valves & manifolds
- Brake systems: hydraulic brake-by-wire, electromechanical brakes, wheels, shut-off valves, emergency/parking valves

Quality system certified in accordance with ISO EN 9100. We follow the most relevant aerospace references along all the different stages: ARP4754, DO-178, DO-254, DO-160 and MIL-STD-810
